During my tenure in OPEN I developed differentiated strategies and value proposition constructs to target OPEN’s top clients.

  • Managed the E2E new product development and the successful launch of the OPEN Plum Card, under budget and with no defects. Resulting in 55% lift in Apps and 31% lift in NAA.

  • Led the E2E NPD and successful launch of the Enhanced SimplyCash Business Credit Card on time and under budget.

  • Defined the strategy for “Smart Transactions” that leverage Big Data across Amex systems to trigger and deliver customized and contextual benefit reinforcement campaigns via online and mobile channels to drive customer growth and retention.
